在藍色公路計畫之下，將南海候船室微改造計畫做為導入美學改造的首發場站， 本案導入服務設計流程 , 團隊透過使用行為分析、梳理空間使用的痛點並以未來通用各場域的建置成本予以回應出最適的對策～經由團隊以微改造設計對策重新定義候場域的行為模式！

Magong Ferry Terminal is the renovation pilot site for Blue Highway Rebranding Campaign. The team implements the service design process. By analyzing user behaviors and identifying pain points in the space, the team offers appropriate and cost-effective solutions that can be universally applied to other locations. This renovation design solution can help redefine user behaviors in the waiting terminal.
